Shipping times vary by location, typically taking 2 to 10 days from our Calgary, Alberta, Canada base. Orders over $50 include free registered mail with a tracking number sent via email upon shipment. Orders under $50 are sent via free non-registered mail.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order is likely being prepared for shipment or already shipped, and we cannot cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we prioritize prompt service and quick order processing.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to exchange or return your ring. You can exchange for a different size or return it entirely. We cover shipping both ways for one free exchange during the first 30 days.
